We recommend you follow the steps below before contacting tech support for any issues:


1. Contact your Community Leader and see if he or she can help you. If you don't know who your CL is, please go to Settings-General to see his/her name and email address.


2. Make sure your computer meets the following system requirements:


- A working internet connection (preferably a high speed, broadband connection). If you can view this FAQ online then your connection is working.


- Browser Cookies and Javascript must be enabled (usually already ON in most browsers)
