Lesson 2: The Believer Is in the Eternal Plan of God.
 
 God has a plan for all of His creation. Psalm 33:11 says, “The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart to all generations.” His plan for those who practice evil is judgment – see Jeremiah 18:11. But His plan for those who follow Him is described in Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Isaiah 25:1 says God’s plan was made a long time ago, and it will surely happen as He intended it to happen.

God’s plan for every believer is vital in God’s eternal purpose, every person who comes to Him to accept this gift called salvation is important to God. He will fulfill His purpose for each believer with the same completeness every other plan of His will be accomplished.

Romans 8:29-30 read, “For those whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom He predestined He also called, and those whom He called He also justified, and those whom He justified He also glorified.”

The gift of salvation places you into the perfect, wonderful, magnificent plan He has for you, a plan that will happen as surely as He is God.
