Lesson 32: Glorified
 
 Romans 8:30, “And those whom He predestined He also called, and those whom He called He also justified, and those whom He justified He also glorified.”

One of God’s amazing gifts in our life, included in this Gift of Salvation, is the fact that once He has given you this Gift, everything included in it is seen by Him as already accomplished. This includes the glory He will give us when we join Him in Heaven in the new bodies He will give us one day soon. In the above verse, all the words showing what He is doing are stated as already having been done. This is something our human minds cannot truly understand at this time in our life because we cannot at this time SEE eternity. We must walk this path of life one day, one moment at a time by faith in Him.

But the joy of knowing God already sees it all as being done and accomplished is a wonderful promise in our heart. It’s like when you pick up a book where the characters are in a great deal of danger and death is threatened – and you turn to the last page of the book and read the character has reached his goal and looks forward to the future. You’ve read the back of the book, the story is complete and it all turns out well, but now you return to the story and read on to find out HOW the character accomplished his tasks.

This is what God has written as well, He’s already written the end so we know how it will turn out – we just continue to live trusting Him to guide us through the dangers and problems each day brings. And we build our faith stronger in Him as we walk this path with Him.
