Templates for PATH Practice Messages
Please send your Welcome email to your new trainees as soon as they have been added to your training community. You may attach the new PATH OM Manual to your welcome email. By the time a trainee is placed in your training community, they have already completed the Onboarding E-Learning course and are ready to start receiving Practice Messages.
Below are several written out templates for Practice Messages. You may feel free to change the text; these are just suggestions. Screenshots showing actual contact messages are included in the last portion of this document to be used at your discretion depending on the type of practice your trainee needs. Aim for a variety of types of messages such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Other Language reassign, No Comment etc. If needed, send more than the 8 templates for Practice Messages until you feel the trainee is ready to handle live contacts.
Gmail accounts have an option to store template emails in settings. This is a handy way to send Practice Messages. To add templates as an option in your Gmail account, click on settings, see all settings, Advanced, then Enable templates. You can access templates in your Gmail account by clicking on the three vertical dots to the right of the send button in your email screen.
I suggest sending the first few Practice Messages two at a time. Then give feedback before sending the next two. It helps to cut down the time frame between assignments yet allows for ample feedback. You may also send them one at a time. It is up to you.
Thank you for being a TCL. Without you, GMO could not spread the gospel around the world. You are truly a blessing!
