New PATH updates to be made TODAY (3/18/24)
PATH and iPads
A recent update to the PATH framework kept it from working with iOS versions below 16. The Tech Solutions Team has updated it so that it will now work for older versions (iOS 12 or greater).
Documents for Contacts
When you share from your collection of Documents with a Contact, the link inserted into your view of the Conversation doesn’t show you the document; the link works for the Contact so they will be able to see the information.
New Protocols For Waiting Contacts
After 24 hours, you’ll receive a message (both via email and PATH notification under the “bell”) when you have waiting messages that need to be answered.
It will no longer be possible to pull an additional Contact if you have an unanswered New Contact. You must now answer or reassign a New Contact waiting for their initial response before you can use the “plus” button to add another Contact. (This does not apply to Ongoing Contacts.)
New Contacts who haven’t yet been answered will automatically be reassigned back to the pool for someone else to take after 6 hours.
