PATH Update TODAY (10/29/24)
When you answer a Contact by clicking on their notification after sending your reply, you can click the back arrow in the top-left of your Conversation window, PATH will now return you to the proper category list.
Your leaders should also once again be able to see your Categories in your CRM Profile.
