We created the “Other Language” option for you to reassign contacts who write in an unknown language.
However, we don’t have OM’s for every language. When we find an unmatched contact in the Language bucket, we reassign it back to the original OM, with a comment asking them to respond in English.
Many OM’s, however, fail to read the comment and reassign it BACK to the Language group. This results in extra work for the GMO team, and a delayed response to the contact.
So please take care to read the Reassign comments and handle each contact appropriately.
