As a servant of Christ ministering on the Internet, I agree to abide by the following standards:
I will honor the confidentiality of the people I correspond with.
I will not engage in online activity that would compromise my testimony and walk with the Lord.
I will contain my correspondence within the ARC system, except to facilitate connection with local believers. If I am the local believer, I will follow the proper connection procedures (below).
I will not use the GMO system to promote political viewpoints or generate business. I will not solicit funds from Contacts or other OMs.
I will be a good steward of my time, not neglecting family or other priorities to serve with GMO. I recognize that being an OM is an unpaid volunteer position.
I will submit to my Community Leader’s authority, and handle any disagreements with loving, biblical respect.
I will participate in ongoing training as required by GMO.
I agree to stay in touch with my Community Leader and to let him/her know in advance of any absences. I understand that an unexplained absence of greater than 21 days may result in decommissioning (ending my GMO service and assigning my Contacts to other OMs).
